Ordering.

Order Process
To place a commission, please contact me through Discord. ( user: miussim )
We'll discuss your commission idea, references, pricing, and any additional details before confirming the order.Commissions are generally accepted on a first come, first served basis unless stated otherwise.Your commission will only be added to my queue after I have accepted it and payment has been completed.

Boundaries.

Additional characters.

Adding an additional character of the same type as the main commission costs 50% of the original character price.If you would like to add a character with a different commission type, that character will be charged at 100% of its respective base price.

Refunds are only available if I am unable to complete the commission within the agreed timeframe. Refunds will not be issued due to changes of mind or personal dissatisfaction.Additional Fees

Complex background would be charged $10, simple backgrounds would be free.

Work Process.

Duration
Estimated completion time is 2–4 weeks, depending on commission complexity and my current queue.Updates
You may request updates at any stage of the commission. Progress can also be tracked through my Trello queue.Client approval is required before I move on to the next major stage, especially for custom designs. Please provide your approval or requested changes in written messages rather than emojis or reactions, so there is no confusion.
The faster I receive your feedback, the faster I can continue working on your commission. Delayed responses may also delay the final delivery date.Please review each work-in-progress carefully before approving it. Once a stage has been approved, major changes to previously approved stages may incur an additional fee. This is especially important for custom character designs.

Rights.

Personal Use
Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.You may:Use the artwork as profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, or social media posts (with proper credit whenever possible).
Print the artwork for your own personal use.You may not:Sell, redistribute, or profit from my artwork.
Claim the artwork as your own.
Remove my signature or watermark without permission.Commercial Use
Commercial rights are not included in the base commission price.
If you wish to use my artwork for merchandise, branding, streaming assets, advertising, monetized content, or any other commercial purpose, please discuss it with me before ordering. Additional fees will apply.Editing
Please do not edit, trace, heavily modify, or alter my artwork without my permission.
Minor edits such as cropping, resizing, or adding simple text for personal use are perfectly fine.
If you need a different version of the artwork (background changes, alternate expressions, etc.), please ask me first.AI/NFT
My artwork may not be used for:AI training datasets
AI image generators
Machine learning projects
NFTs or blockchain-related projects
Minting, selling, or tokenizing my artwork in any formThis prohibition applies even if the commission was paid for.
